These Terms of Service govern your use of the True Check Printing (TCP System) service available at tcp-app.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

True Check Printing is a cloud-based check printing and management software, offering a smart check designer for any bank, millimeter-precision printing, a check archive, financial reports, and Excel data import, available via the Web and a Windows app.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial that lets you print up to 30 checks without a payment card required upfront. We do not guarantee that the free trial will continue to be offered on the same terms in the future.

4. Subscriptions, Packages & Billing

• The Service is offered through monthly packages (checks + validity period), and multiple packages can be combined as described on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
• Displayed prices are subject to change; any future price change does not affect a package already purchased and still valid.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including issuing fraudulent checks, impersonating any party, or infringing the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account used in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (the software, design, and brand) belong to us. Your data and content (check designs, company data) remain your property; you grant us only a license to use it to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

The Service is fully cloud-based and requires an internet connection; it does not currently offer an offline mode. We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and maintenance windows or technical issues beyond our control may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including check-printing errors resulting from data entered by the user or incorrect printer calibration on their end.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
